Buyer also agrees to take pictures of the broken item and box and email them to the seller.
If return is due to shipping damage, buyer must comply with all requirements that USPS, UPS, or FedEx requires of them for returns (Ex.: keep all packing materials, let carrier inspect product, etc.).

I don’t pay for shipping returns UNLESS I accidentally misrepresented the item-like missing a lid, or listing it as the wrong size. Don't EVER hesitate to contact me with concerns, or complaints. Please message me via eBay with any questions, concerns – I don’t always see my e-mails.
